Your Relay Gateway

Your relay will be a web address in one of the following formats:

• http://demo.dynamicrelay.com/
• https://demo.dynamicrelay.com/
• http://demo.dynamicrelay.com/1234
• https://demo.dynamicrelay.com/1234

Logging In

Using your browser, type in your relay address and hit enter. The log-In page displayed will accept your username and password.

Log-In Error Messages

• Invalid login attempt.
  • The entered username or password you entered is not valid.
• User has been blocked.
  • The entered username has exceeded the number of attempts allowed by the password policy. This user account must be unlocked manually by a WebAdmin.

Logging Off

Users may end their session by clicking on the Logout button in the top-left corner of the page.

Mobile Applications Log-In

Logging In

With the application open on your chosen mobile platform you will be prompted to enter:

• Username
• Password
• Relay

Example

• Username: demo
• Password: demo
• Relay: http://demo.dynamicrelay.com

Remember Me

Checking the Remember Me option before pressing Log In will allow the application to save this information locally on the device and will not require the information to be entered again.
**This will also allow the application to function offline. **

Logging Off

For normal cases, users may simply close the application on their mobile device.

Changing Users or Relays

If you wish to connect as a different user - or to a different relay: Choose The menu icon in the top-left, and select the option: Logout
