Create New Form

A single form can contain many individual controls of different types.
Use forms to collect data from your users.

  1. Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
  2. Navigate to the Forms tab at the top of the window and select Form List from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Add Form button.
  4. Type in the new name for the Form in the box provided.
  5. Click on the Save button.

Security

Only users assigned to the roll of WebAdmin can create new groups.

Edit Form Name

  1. Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
  2. Navigate to the Group tab at the top of the window and select Form List from the drop-down menu.
  3. Locate the Form Name you wish to change in the list of Forms provided.
  4. Click on the Edit icon button on the right-hand side of the row.
  5. Type in a new Form Name for the Group.
  6. Click on the Save button.

Assign Form to Group

There are 2 methods for assigning users to groups.

Option #1: Assign Form to Group

  1. Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
  2. Navigate to the User tab at the top of the window and select Form Assignment from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Form Name you wish to modify on the left-hand list.
  4. The right-hand portion of the page will populate with user information and options.
  5. The Available Groups section contains a list of groups which are available for assignment to this Form.
  6. Select the group name by clicking on it in the left-hand Available Groups box.
  7. Click on the > button to add the selected group for this user.
  8. Click on the < button to remove the selected group from this user.
  9. Click on the Save button when yours changes are complete.

Option #2: Assign Group to Form

  1. Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
  2. Navigate to the Groups tab at the top of the window and select Group Assignment from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Group Name you wish to modify on the left-hand list.
  4. The Available Forms section contains a list of users which are available for assignment to this Group.
  5. Select the user name by clicking on it in the left-hand Available Forms box.
  6. Click on the > button to add the selected user for this group.
  7. Click on the < button to remove the selected user from this group.
  8. Click on the Save button when yours changes are complete.
