Create New Destination
A destination will trigger when a specific form response is received.
- Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
- Navigate to the Destinations tab at the top of the window and select
Destination List
from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the
Add Destination
button.
- Type in the new name for the Destination in the box provided.
- Click on the
Save
button.
Helpful Information
- You cannot have 2 Destinations with the same name.
- Multiple Destinations can be assigned to the same Form.
Security
Only users assigned to the roll of WebAdmin can create new Destinations.
Edit Destination Name
- Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
- Navigate to the Destinations tab at the top of the window and select
Destination List
from the drop-down menu.
- Locate the Destination Name you wish to change in the list of Destinations provided.
- Click on the
Edit
icon button on the right-hand side of the row.
- Type in a new Destination Name for the Destination.
- Click on the
Save
button.
Helpful Information
- You cannot have 2 Destination with the same name.
Assign Destination to Form
Assign Destination to Form
- Log into the WebUI through your DynamicRelay instance.
- Navigate to the Destinations tab at the top of the window and select
Destination Assignment
from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the Destination Name you wish to modify on the left-hand list.
- The right-hand portion of the page will populate with Destination information and options.
- The
Available Forms
section contains a list of Forms which are available for assignment to this Destination.
- Select the Form name by clicking on it in the left-hand
Available Forms
box.
- Click on the

button to add the selected Destination for this Form.
- Click on the
<
button to remove the selected group Destination this Form.
- Click on the
Save
button when yours changes are complete.
E-Mail Destination
An e-mail will be sent when a matching form response for the assigned Form(s) is received by the server.
To
- Enter one or more e-mail addresses to receive the e-mail notification as a "To" recipient.
- Example: [email protected]
- Separate multiple e-mail addresses with the

symbol.
CC
- Enter one or more e-mail addresses to receive the e-mail notification as a "CC" or "Carbon Copy" recipient.
- Example: [email protected]
- Separate multiple e-mail addresses with the
;
symbol.
BCC
- Enter one or more e-mail addresses to receive the e-mail notification as a "BCC" or "Blind Carbon Copy" recipient.
- Example: [email protected]
- Separate multiple e-mail addresses with the

symbol.
Subject
- The subject line of the E-Mail, as it will appear in the recipient's Inbox.
%FormName%
can be inserted and will be replaced with the actual Form name that triggered the e-mail.
%DateTime%
can be inserted and will be replaced with the actual date/time that triggered the e-mail.
- Example: Test Response E-Mail %FormName%
Body
- Body text that will be inserted into the E-Mail body above the form response data.
%FormName%
can be inserted and will be replaced with the actual Form name that triggered the e-mail.
%DateTime%
can be inserted and will be replaced with the actual date/time that triggered the e-mail.
- Example: Please review your latest form response for %FormName% below that was received on %DateTime%
Include raw form Response in Body
When enabled, this will insert the raw form response data from the form response.
Example:
Textbox Textbox1 This is a response.
Include Signature from Response in Body
When enabled, this will attach an the actual signature image(s) to the e-mail as an attachment.
The default behavior is to only send the user a link to the signature image.
Include Image from Response in Body
When enabled, this will attach an the actual uploaded image(s) to the e-mail as an attachment.
The default behavior is to only send the user a link to the upload image.
